First off, I love Texas Roadhouse! When I drove by one while visiting Virginia Beach, I had already decided where I wanted to eat. We arrived on Saturday evening after our kickball tournament hungry and ready to eat. When I walked in there was a long line to check in with the hostess, but alas there was a QR code in the waiting area to join the waitlist from your phone. This was perfect as I needed to head to the ladies room and did not want to wait. I joined the waitlist with a 15-20 minute wait. We were a party of 6. I know groups aren't always easy, especially when there is a desire for separate checks. Tiffany handled everything like a CHAMP! We were taken to a booth in the back which appeared to come off as the "party room." She extended the table without even asking if we needed the extra space. I loved that as we had a teammate join us that we weren't expecting. Her customer service was A+. As far as the food goes, I am a creature of habit. I devoured 3 rolls, I had a raspberry margarita with a sugar rim and a 1800 kicker, I ordered the 6oz. Dallas Filet with a house salad (French dressing), and a loaded sweet potato. Before you judge, I only got through 3 or so bites of my actual meal--it was too much food! Of course I took it to go.

I haven't been here in a while, honestly the hostess acted like her conversation was more important than taking the time to seat us. The inside and out was clean but the bathroom was nasty. The waitress was very nice and checked on as often as possible couldn't have had a better waitress. Also a couple managers came around to check which was nice. Last thing food was awesome everything tasted great!

The service was good and I liked using their checkout table service. Our server had a couple tables and i liked having the visuals for possible tips. As for the food, the rolls are great, mashed potatoes and gravy were good. My prime rib was way cooked just right. Here's a little tip, i highly recommend using their App or Site to check in or you should expect 45-60 minutes waiting for a table.

So good oh Texas Roadhouse is always a win for me. It was a wait when I came in and since I'm a solo diner this go round I just went to eat at the bar. I was greeted by the lovely Rose who is always pleasant no matter how busy or manageable the traffic is in there. I ordered a Virgin strawberry daiquiri and it was not good but she was more than willing to doctor it up as best she could to make it tasty for me she offered other options and I appreciated the prompt fix and recommendations. Let's get into the rolls which is why most people dine here lol they are like rolls your grandma or great grandma might have made for the holidays or Sunday dinner. Mine were well a little defective as you see in the picture but were just as good. The lemon herb cruated chicken is so flavorful and juicy it's a very consistent choice for me because it's always good the salad is always fresh and crispy. I went for a more hearty side option with the loaded mash potatoes which consist of bacon cheese sour cream and butter so decadent, I get it time to time but was glad I chose it this go round. This is pretty busy location and the atmosphere is cool has tvs in the bar area mostly on sporting events, cool neon lights around and country music playing while dining. It's a top choice for quick but hearty meal try them out.

We came early on a Saturday night thinking we can bypass the crowd but I guess everyone was thinking the same. The place was packed at 4pm and there were people waiting outside already. We did the call ahead and were able to get a table with little wait time. When we sat down they got our drink orders immediately and gave us the hot rolls with butta. Sooo fresh and so good!! For starters we ordered the shrimp, blooming onion and potato spuds. They were all good but the shrimp was pretty skimp and the shrimp itself was small. We got our orders and I got the ribeye with veggies and sweet potato. I asked for it to be cooked medium rare but I think it was cooked more. It also wasn't as tender as I remember from years ago. For dessert we got the strawberry cheesecake which was good and kind of frozen in the middle. Our server was awesome and checked on us frequently and was quick to get our orders and food.

Our large group did the early online app checkin. It made the seating process super easy. We had a fantastic server, LILO, who was the best! She was very accommodating, knowledgeable, and nothing we threw at her, phased her. She did a great job of getting our food out within a reasonable amount of time even though everybody ordered different things. I liked how you can pick your exact fit of meat from the front of the house showcase.
